About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. As a key member of our engineering department, you will lead complex electrical engineering projects, drive innovation, and mentor junior engineers.

Oversee and manage large‑scale electrical engineering projects from conception to completion

Develop and implement innovative electrical system designs for various applications

Conduct detailed analysis and optimisation of power systems and electrical networks

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders

Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement

Contribute to business development efforts and proposal writing

Participate in technical reviews and quality assurance processes

What do we need from you

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s degree preferred

Professional Engineering (PE) licence or equivalent certification

10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power systems and industrial applications

Proven track record of successfully managing complex electrical engineering projects

Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements

Expertise in power system design, analysis, and optimisation

Proficiency in engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, and Revit

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities

Experience in mentoring and developing junior engineers

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Knowledge of renewable energy systems and smart grid technologies is a plus

Expert professionalism in Revit
