Job Description The Project Sales Executive develops wins strategic installation projects, working closely with Business Development Managers, contractors, engineers, and building owners. Growth comes from new construction projects and renovations.

Responsibilities

Prospect and secure first appointments with contractors, engineers, and owners at the decision‑maker level.

Build strong business partnerships to gain client trust and deliver value‑added solutions.

Understand plans and specifications to create budgets and proposals meeting applicable fire safety codes.

Deliver executive‑level proposals and presentations that lead to signed contracts.

Participate in sales and industry training and apply the learning to sales results.

Coordinate with operations and sales teams to meet customer needs.

Apply knowledge of life safety codes; NICET certification is a plus.

Track all sales activities in HubSpot.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

3+ years of related sales experience, preferably in facilities services or business‑solution sales to end‑users.

Technical expertise in life‑safety and security systems (fire alarm, sprinkler, extinguishers, suppression, video, access control).

Effective communication and executive‑level presentation skills.

Leadership of customer engagements and management of the full sales cycle.

Proven ability to build relationships and facilitate add‑on business.

Strong written proposal skills and multi‑proposal organization.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a CRM platform.

Motivated to grow professionally, personally, and financially.
