Responsibilities & Duties
You are responsible for everything that happens in your restaurant – cost controls, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
You set the example and enforce all policy and procedure compliance 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew.
You create schedules, order product, train team members, and hire new staff.
A profit‑share bonus is awarded to GMs based on the ability to control costs within goals.
Qualifications
At least 18 years or older
Preferred: 1 year of restaurant management experience
