Overview
Our client is seeking an exceptional Project Manager / Architect with 10+ years of experience to lead the design and documentation of complex, highly detailed custom residential projects, with additional opportunities in commercial and multi-family work. This role offers significant design ownership, leadership visibility, and involvement across all project phases. Responsibilities
Lead the design, detailing, and full documentation of interior and exterior architecture. Oversee all phases of projects from schematic design through construction administration. Manage project schedules, work plans, budgets, and documentation. Direct and mentor junior and intermediate staff. Coordinate work with consultants and internal production teams. Maintain high-touch client relationships and set expectations regarding budget and schedule. Ensure quality control, construction detailing accuracy, and consistent project standards. Requirements
10+ years post-degree experience in custom high-end residential projects; commercial/multi-family a plus. Strong expertise in technical detailing, construction documentation, and Type-V construction; Type III/podium experience beneficial. Proven leadership in managing teams and consultants. Experience managing clients with high service expectations. Proficiency in Revit; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus. Familiarity with AIA contracts, construction administration, and construction management platforms. Skills in Adobe Suite, SketchUp, Enscape, and other visualization tools preferred.
