Responsibilities and Experience
Demonstrate strong and hands‑on experience and background in database principles and concepts, solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing principles, best practices, and expertise in SQL writing incorporating joins, aggregations, CTEs, analytical functions, etc.
Hands‑on experience in writing and understanding stored procedures, packages, and PL/SQL programming; at least 5 years of experience with at least one of the databases including Postgres, Oracle, DB2, Sybase, etc. Sybase experience is preferred.
Proficient in database performance tuning including indexing, partitioning, analyzing SQL plans, etc.
