Job Description:
REGISTERED NURSE ICU - Per Diem
Responsibilities
Provide competent, compassionate, and individualized nursing care for a group of patients within the ICU.
Ensure care is safe, efficient, effective, timely, and culturally sensitive to patients and their families.
Collaborate with the patient care team to plan and coordinate goals to achieve optimal outcomes.
Identify patient care needs and establish a comprehensive plan of care.
Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy, ensuring HIPAA compliance and adherence to hospital standards, policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Education/Licensure and Certifications:
BSN required. Current/Valid Nursing license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. American Heart Association BLS Certification and ACLS Required.
Experience and Skills:
Current ICU experience required.
