Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital’s satellite practice, Veterinary Emergency Care Wash Park, is excited to transform this ER-only practice into a specialty practice and would like to bring on a Board Certified Veterinary Criticalist. You will work alongside our team of experienced veterinarians, technicians, and support staff and will collaborate closely with the Hospital Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality veterinary care, possess excellent communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients, and be comfortable leading the emergency team. We are excited to build out this emergency-only practice by providing critical care, surgery, and internal medicine. Schedule:

Collaborate with a team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to deliver high-quality veterinary care. Lead the emergency team and communicate effectively with clients and hospital leadership. Provide critical care, surgery, and internal medicine within the emergency-focused practice. Benefits and Compensation
Salary base is $275,000 with production bonus Sign-on and relocation bonus Generous PTO Cigna and Kaiser medical plan options, as well as vision and dental plans with HSA option (some plans paid 100%) Mental health support with Talkspace Trupanion discount for employee pets Continuing education support with CE allowance and PTO Reimbursement of membership and licensure fees 401(k) retirement plan options with company match Basic life insurance and other voluntary insurance options for full-time team members Qualifications
Board Certified Veterinary Criticalist or equivalent is preferred. Experience in emergency care and ability to lead an emergency team.
