Base salary range $89,100.00/yr - $133,600.00/yr

Job overview The Sr. Demand Planner is responsible for leading, developing, and executing seasonal demand and receipt plans. The role owns forecasts across our DTC channels and partners with key cross‑functional partners to create dynamic operational plans to meet sales, service and inventory objectives.

Roles and responsibilities

Collaborate on and execute assortment plans delivered by the merch team by season, gender and tier.

Develop in‑season bottoms‑up demand and receipt plans by tier, provide size‑break analysis by region, and provide SKU productivity targets and analysis.

Execute planning and forecast processes to ensure timely adherence to sales, service, and inventory objectives.

Own the channel consolidation and demand review meetings as part of the monthly Consensus and OTB reviews.

Manage and maintain forecast models and tools.

Review, monitor, and react to in‑season performance vs plan. Provide monthly feedback, analysis and recommendations to retail partners on key actions for upcoming sales periods.

Partner with supply and allocation teams to monitor inventory, weeks of supply, margin, and inventory turn.

Execute against demand‑planning KPIs in collaboration with supply‑chain partners.

Partner with Sales Planning, Merch Planning, and Channel leads to drive consensus around seasonal and monthly demand forecasts.

Develop and implement tools and processes to improve forecast capabilities, efficiency, and accuracy.

Partner with Supply and M&D teams to ensure accurate and complete style lists prior to monthly buys.

Re‑forecast in‑season seasonal and core product to provide accurate comp forecast for upcoming season.

Build incremental forecasts using event‑based modeling or similar techniques.

Build new product launch or extension forecasts to support company growth and submit accurate demand projections to supply chain.

Execute special projects that drive operational efficiency, speed to market and risk management.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel modeling.

Proficient in SAP or equivalent ERP with a focus on integrated planning.

Ability to clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner.

Ability to manage and mentor a team.

Ability to understand priority needs and adjust when necessary or when directed.

Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyze data/detail.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education and experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain or related field.

Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience within a planning environment.

Physical requirements / work environment

Work performed in a designated professional office workstation.

Extensive use of office equipment (computer, calculator, copier, fax, and other business‑related machines and software).
