Responsibilities
Investigating and resolving high-impact, complex issues
Processing and interpreting more complex, less clearly defined software issues
Communicating technical and clinical information to customers and engineering teams
Supporting concept development by providing experienced clinical knowledge
Collaborating with customers and Application Specialists globally to ensure proper system use
Working regularly with Research and Engineering to communicate proper system use for optimal image quality
Conducting customer training for SPECT and SPECT/CT systems
Contributing clinical experience and knowledge to product development discussions
Participating in design development by testing products such as the new collimator cart and motion correction feature
Providing headquarters-level support for MI SPECT applications and processing
Evaluating calibration and image quality data to assess system and detector status
Applying knowledge of theranostics and suitable acquisition parameters for clinical studies
Bringing a background and certifications in a clinical application setting (considered a plus)
Possibility to cross train into MI PET support
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Medical/Nuclear Medicine Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
Relevant clinical certifications:
NMTCB (Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board) for SPECT/PET roles
ARRT certification in CT or MRI is a plus
National/country-specific credentials like HCPC (UK) or CAMRT (Canada) for imaging technologists
5+ years hands‑on in hospital or clinical settings, especially with MRI, SPECT, SPECT/CT, or PET/CT systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills—capable of translating technical content into clinical relevance
Experience in customer training, product demos, and building strong clinical relationships
Min $98,140 – Max $147,200
