Develop, test, and deploy machine learning and statistical models tailored to specific business challenges.

Apply generative AI techniques to extract value from unstructured data and optimize analytical workflows.

Implement models in production by collaborating with Software Developers, Data Engineers, and ML Engineers.

Communicate complex technical insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Contribute to our AI roadmap and help evolve our model deployment and MLOps practices.

6+ years of professional experience developing and deploying Data Science solutions.

Proven experience applying machine learning and statistical modeling techniques to solve business problems.

Ideally coming from a consulting environment (not required, nice to have).

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Python and core data science libraries (pandas, NumPy, scikit‑learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).

Strong SQL skills (Microsoft SQL Server or equivalent) for data extraction, transformation, and performance optimization.

Experience with MLOps pipelines and model lifecycle tools such as MLflow, Azure Machine Learning, or Databricks.

Deep understanding of cloud data ecosystems (Azure preferred).

Familiarity with REST APIs, Git‑based version control, CI/CD practices, and debugging methodologies.

Preferred Skills

Experience with the Azure AI ecosystem — Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, Synapse Analytics, and Microsoft Fabric.

Familiarity with Azure AI Search, Copilot Studio, and Azure Functions or Logic Apps.

Background in Azure DevOps, microservices, and unit testing.

We are always looking for highly motivated, energetic, creative individuals who work well in a fast‑moving team environment and are committed to excellence.
