Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with Sales leadership to identify barriers to conversion and co‑develop solutions that improve win rates, deal velocity, and retention.

Serve as the connective bridge between Marketing and Sales, co‑owning revenue outcomes and ensuring that insights, content, and processes enable both teams to achieve performance goals.

Operationalize the Performance Pod strategy by integrating marketing, sales, and analytics insights into a continuous feedback loop that drives performance.

Manage enablement systems and budgets to maximize visibility, adoption, and return on investment across the revenue lifecycle.

Contribute to go‑to‑market strategy discussions, bringing frontline feedback from Sales and customers to inform messaging, targeting, and offer design.

Use AI and automation tools to deliver timely, data‑informed recommendations to Sales teams—helping them act on buyer intent, engagement signals, and more.

Requirements

Experience : 7+ years of marketing sales enablement experience, proven experience as a people manager, and a track record of leading, mentoring, and inspiring teams.

Knowledge : Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and revenue acceleration strategies, with a focus on partnership and shared accountability.

Skills : Ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies that improve both marketing performance and sales execution; adept at change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience); certifications in Adobe Experience tools a plus.

Proficiency : Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Experience Cloud, and sales enablement platforms, with ability to integrate systems for end‑to‑end visibility.

Physical Requirements : Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, handling documents, and using office equipment.
