Job Summary and Responsibilities
100% Outpatient Primary Care with 4-Day Work Week Dignity Health Medical Group – North State is a 60+ provider multi-specialty group with care centers in Redding and Red Bluff, CA. We are a service of Dignity Health Medical Foundation and aligned with Dignity Health, the largest hospital provider in California. We are recruiting an additional Physician (IM or FM) to join our Primary Care Team in Redding. This opportunity requires the ability to accommodate a flexible practice schedule, including extended weekdays (rotating).
Opportunity Highlights: 4 day full-time work week! Development of a patient-centric, physician-led practice model with support staff Strong referral system/Easy access to specialists EMR and PACS Outpatient practice and access to 24/7 Hospitalist Program Work with experienced providers
Compensation & Benefits Package: Highly competitive salary guarantee with signing, relocation, and quality bonuses Compensation Range: $245,755 - $296,789 / Year Sign-On Bonus starting at $100,000 Residency Stipend available (get paid while still in Residency!) Up to $30,000/year Quality incentives Student Loan Repayment Incentives PSLF Eligible Productivity incentive Group Paid Medical and Dental Insurance Comprehensive benefits package including generous Retirement match (6-11%)
Job Requirements A valid and unrestricted California medical license Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA) Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
