About Us

Wayne Health Urological Associates is a growing urology practice that has been in the Goldsboro NC community for over 30 years

You will be joining a practice with two other Urologists with approximately 25 years of combined Urology experience

As the 3rd Urologist you will be able to learn from the best or enhance your current skills with your new colleagues

1:5 call rotation. This group shares call with another two‑physician group in Kinston NC, and call coverage is for UNC Health Wayne and UNC Health Lenoir in Kinston NC

Your primary hospital will be at UNC Health Wayne (formerly Wayne Memorial Hospital) in Goldsboro NC. The hospital is now affiliated and managed by UNC Health.

UNC Health Wayne Urological Associates is located about a mile from UNC Health Wayne (Wayne Memorial Hospital)

Education Requirements

Active member of the Rex Hospital Medical Staff, including meeting the Board Certification requirements. Graduation from an accredited school of medicine.

Licensure/Certification Requirements

Board Certified Internal Medicine

DEA; ACLS; MD

Professional Experience Requirements

Prefer prior hospitalist experience.

Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements

Language Skills: Should be able to communicate proficiently in English.

Reasoning Ability High‑level quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills are essential in order to diagnose medical and clinical issues presented by patients.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

North Carolina Medical License, DEA License, BLS/ACLS certification preferred. Board certified in Internal Medicine.
