Pay Range West Coast Dental Services provided pay range: $200,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yr.
Up to $1,000 Daily or 37% of Production (whichever is greater). Potential to Earn Over $2,000 Daily!

What We Are Looking For In a GP Endo
A professional wishing to do root canals only
A professional who is passionate about providing excellent care
A professional who wants to be part of a team focused on delivering a great patient experience and helping others
A professional with an excellent and cheerful chairside demeanor
A professional who wants to be excellent and productive in service to patients
A professional willing to work full-time or part-time
Your Qualifications
DDS/DMD degree
Endodontic Certificate from a university accredited by the California Dental Board
Active California State Dental Board license
Active Malpractice Insurance
DEA, CPR and NPI are required
Responsibilities
Great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience
Collaborating with an entire office team to promote trust, connection and relationship with patients and one another
Understanding how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits
Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort to patients with regard to their dental treatment
Support We Provide to Our Doctors
Beautiful, state-of-the-art offices equipped with modern systems, equipment and supplies
Full back-office support by Specialty Managers, Specialty Assistants, Floor Supervisors, RDAs, DAs, X-Ray Techs and Sterilization Clerks
Excellent, high-caliber instruments
Reliable, quality supplies from the most reputable, dependable companies
Regulatory and facility compliance
Steady flow of patients of all payor types
Training and Development If you’re experienced, we’ll welcome you into our family and culture and support you in growing clinically and operationally so that you can be the best that you can be.
If you’re new, we’ll work with you, train you, and coach you with guidance and leadership from highly experienced, capable and excellent clinical leadership. You’ll also benefit from training programs, regular chart reviews, one‑on‑one coaching, company‑sponsored CE courses, and many other things we offer to help you become an excellent provider and operator.
