Job Title: KidStrong General Manager - Missouri City, TX Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our amazing KidStrong program. We are a fun, hard working team looking to grow and it will take a high energy, highly engaged coach and leader to help us do so. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the classes, training coaches, camps, growing the membership base, driving revenue and facility management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing others, sales, business knowledge, and experience coaching and/or working with kids. $50-55K + Performance bonus Bonuses every month ON TOP of your salary to earn! Benefits: $60 towards healthcare coverage, 2 weeks PTO. Bonus based on performance; Opportunity for advancement; Training & development; Paid time off. Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff Deliver exceptional customer service through top-tier coaching and lobby experiences Own the sales pipeline: lead generation, tours, follow-ups, closing, and onboarding Drive membership growth through outreach, referrals, and retention strategies Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and profitability Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment Address customer concerns professionally and promptly Oversee all aspects of center operations Requirements
Prior experience in a similar leadership or sales-driven role (preferred) Proven ability to hit revenue targets and convert leads into loyal customers Strong understanding of child development and coaching best practices Familiarity with POS systems, CRM tools, and scheduling software Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends An athletic and/or coaching background with experience working with or coaching kids ages 15 months - 11 years old - a passion for working with children is non-negotiable!
