Director of Quality – Confidential Search (Multi-Site Manufacturing) I’m recruiting for a Director of Quality on behalf of a fast-growing, PE-backed manufacturing group operating 10+ U.S. sites. The company produces engineered products, electrical systems, and modular solutions for high-demand industrial and infrastructure markets—and is rapidly integrating multiple newly acquired facilities.

This is a Dallas based corporate role that is only considering local candidates.

This is a newly created role with the opportunity to build a unified enterprise Quality organization as the company scales.

What You’ll Lead

Build and implement enterprise-wide Quality systems across a multi-site network

Standardize processes, documentation, inspections, and KPIs post-acquisition

Reduce defects, improve first-pass yield, and strengthen customer satisfaction metrics

Oversee supplier quality, root cause analysis, and CAPA across diverse operations

Partner with Operations, HSE, Engineering, and Supply Chain to elevate quality culture

Evaluate quality tools, data systems, and potential upgrades

What Background Fits Well

10+ years of Quality leadership in manufacturing (multi-site preferred)

Strong expertise in ISO/AS/UL standards, audits, and compliance

Experience in electrical equipment, custom fabrication, industrial systems, or engineered products

History of implementing quality systems in fast-growing or PE-backed environments

Strong communicator with the ability to influence at plant, executive, and customer levels
