Compensation Analyst III

Job Overview: This role is responsible for providing key operational support for the Worldwide Sales Compensation System. The primary focus will be on ensuring accurate and timely payout of sales commissions in adherence to company policies. The position involves working closely with cross‑functional teams, performing audits, and contributing to the development of systems and processes to improve efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Perform monthly setup of commissionable participants, including validation of new hires, promotions/transfers, and terminations, using support tools.
Run systematic processes to calculate commissionable orders and pull results in accordance with worldwide payroll deadlines.
Conduct monthly audits of data to comply with SOX requirements.
Perform quarterly SOX audits (QARs).
Monitor and take appropriate action on orders that encounter system errors.
Coordinate with Plan Operations and Compensation Analysts to ensure accurate assignment of compensation plans.
Build and maintain relationships with cross‑functional teams to integrate updates into the production environment.
Investigate issue escalations and respond to sales team inquiries, ensuring resolution of issues and errors.
Contribute to the development or improvement of systems and processes to effectively track or capture data.
Qualifications:
Five years of relevant finance experience preferred.
Familiarity with Xactly, SPIFF, Workday, and MS Access is preferred.
Strong financial and operational planning skills.
Proficiency in Excel is highly desired.
Analytical and problem‑solving skills with advanced business acumen.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask effectively, working both independently and in team environments.

Pay Range: $50- $60
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
