Role Description We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Area Director to oversee our centers in Chicago and Indiana. This leader will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, enrollment growth, and team development across their region.

Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day operations of multiple childcare centers.

Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high operational standards.

Drive enrollment growth and manage stakeholder relationships.

Develop and support teaching staff through curriculum guidance.

Lead communication and customer service initiatives with staff, parents, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Expertise in Childcare and Early Childhood Development, including creating safe and nurturing environments for children.

Proven experience in multi‑location management within childcare or early education settings.

Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service.

Experience in education, including curriculum guidance and support for teaching staff.

Leadership and management skills to oversee day‑to‑day operations and ensure success of multiple centers.

Proficiency in managing regulatory compliance and maintaining high operational standards.
