We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Director (LMHP) to join our team at Life Consultants Inc. in Chesapeake, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of mental health professionals and make a positive impact in the community. Responsibilities
Provide clinical supervision and oversight to a team of mental health professionals Develop and implement treatment plans for clients Develop, implement and grow programs (i.e. Residential Crisis, Community Crisis, MHSS, IIH, Transitional Housing etc. and new programs) Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, which includes MCOs, as well as responding to private, state and federal CAPs/PIPs Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing support and training to staff Collaborate with other departments to improve overall client care Drive consistent improvement of key performance indicators (KPIs) through strategic planning and execution Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required/assigned to support team and organizational goals Requirements
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) in the state of Virginia Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment About Us
