We’re looking for an experienced
Maintenance, Reliability & Engineering Manager
to lead maintenance and engineering operations at a well-established manufacturing facility in the Manistee County, Michigan, United States region.
This is a hands‑on leadership role overseeing
plant reliability, preventive maintenance , and
capital projects . You’ll guide a talented team in a
unionized environment , working closely with operations and production leaders to keep things running safely, efficiently, and smoothly.

What You’ll Do
Lead and develop maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability and safe operations.
Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Plan, budget, and execute capital projects from design through installation.
Partner with production and safety teams to identify and solve issues quickly.
Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Manage maintenance systems (SAP, CMMS, AutoCAD) and track performance metrics.
Support a positive and collaborative
unionized work environment .
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in
Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering , or equivalent experience.
5+ years of leadership experience
in a
unionized manufacturing or industrial environment .
Proven success leading maintenance and reliability programs.
Strong technical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Experience with
SAP, AutoCAD, CMMS , and capital project management.
Ability to lead by example and build strong, engaged teams.
