Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a B2B Sales Executive to join a thriving team in Tustin, CA. You'll take over an existing book of business and develop relationships with key decision‑makers, maintain and build a robust million‑dollar sales territory, and drive revenue growth through new and existing accounts.

Responsibilities
Sell digital and print advertising solutions to businesses. Prospect, build, and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Identify and engage with key decision‑makers within target accounts. Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Work closely with marketing and internal teams to tailor advertising solutions to clients' needs. Provide excellent customer service to ensure long‑term client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in advertising, media, or related industries. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self‑motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. Ability to build lasting relationships and network with industry professionals.
