Position Summary The Vice President of Operations is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving operational excellence across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions. This leader will ensure the delivery of innovative, high‑quality industrial product solutions that exceed customer expectations — on time, on budget, and at scale. Reporting to the President, the VP will champion long‑term strategy, foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and position the organization as a leader in its industry.

Major Job Functions Strategic Execution & Operational Excellence (45%) Drive scalability, efficiency, and continuous improvement to meet accelerating customer demand and business growth.

Develop and execute a 3–5‑year operations roadmap supporting capacity expansion and technology adoption.

Lead process and performance improvements that strengthen quality, throughput, and cost management.

Align production, engineering, and supply‑chain priorities with company growth objectives and customer requirements.

Leadership, Talent, and Culture Development (35%) Inspire and mentor a strong, hands‑on team that thrives on collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

Coach department leaders to build leadership depth, cross‑functional alignment, and operational independence.

Champion a culture that values initiative, learning, and continuous improvement.

Build organizational structure, communication rhythm, and metrics that sustain performance at scale.

Product Innovation & Customer‑Centric Delivery (20%) Ensure exceptional products and customer experiences through quality, responsiveness, and innovation.

Partner with Sales and Engineering to accelerate product refinement and new product introductions.

Improve delivery performance, customization efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction.

Strengthen supplier partnerships and operational readiness to support evolving market needs.

Qualifications

Proven ability to lead cross‑functional operations in a growth‑oriented manufacturing environment.

Strong track record of building high‑performance teams and succession planning.

Demonstrated success in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and cost management.
