Job Description Red Seat Ventures, in partnership with Fox Corporation, is launching a new membership-based business centered around premium live entertainment experiences. The Director of Brand Activation will develop and execute innovative campaigns to drive awareness. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, the Director will lead brand outreach efforts across events, partnerships, and other prospecting channels. This highly collaborative role is ideal for an experienced marketing professional who thrives in startup‑style growth environments and is passionate about designing and delivering creative and experiential activation events in the luxury membership space.

Snapshot of Your Responsibilities

Identify and develop strategic partnerships with like‑minded brands, companies, and clubs to promote the brand to aligned customer and member bases.

Conceptualize, plan, and execute impactful brand events and activations that resonate with target audiences and enhance perception of the club.

Partner with the SVP of Sales to define key prospective member attributes and prioritize target markets for partnership and event initiatives.

Collaborate with external agencies on PR strategies that drive club awareness and elevate brand visibility.

Define KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of events and partnerships in driving qualified membership prospects to the sales pipeline.

Partner cross‑functionally with sales, member experience, product, and finance teams to ensure aligned execution and drive continuous innovation.

What You Will Need

10+ years of experience in marketing, events, or business development, with a focus on luxury hospitality or membership clubs.

Proven success in developing and executing creative brand activation events in high‑growth or premium hospitality environments.

Hands‑on experience identifying, securing, and growing mutually beneficial brand partnerships.

Exceptional organizational and execution skills, with the ability to toggle seamlessly between high‑level strategy and on‑the‑ground implementation.

Strong communication skills and leadership presence, with a proven ability to navigate fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.

Nice to Have, Not a Dealbreaker

Experience in hospitality, luxury services, entertainment, or event operations.

Background in experiential marketing and large‑scale brand events.

Agency background supporting brand design, launch, and evolution initiatives.

Experience working in startup environments or within new business incubation teams.

Familiarity with CRM, booking tools, or event‑specific platforms.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location, is $128,000.00–155,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union‑represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
