Job Description Design, develop and implement integration flows (iFlows) using SAP CPI. Provide solutions to business users, act as liaison between client business functions and technical team, mentor junior team members, and handle client communication.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Bachelor's degree

Minimum 3+ years of experience in designing, development, and implementation of integration flows (iFlows) using SAP CPI

Hands‑on functional configuration and design experience with SAP CPI iFlows and APIM

Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements

Ability to provide solutions to Business Users based on the issue

Knowledge of interfaces and cross‑module knowledge

Greenfield implementation experience (End‑to‑End Implementation) is preferable

Excellent Business Communication Skills

Excellent debugging and reverse engineering skills

Good cooperation skills and able to work cross‑capability with a mix of internal and external consultants

Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills

Roles & Responsibilities

Implementation: configuring, implementing, and maintaining the SAP BTP‑CPI module

Experience in developing inbound and outbound interfaces to/from the cloud to On‑Premise and Cloud instances of SAP Products

Experience in configuration and extension of standard iFlows

Experience in defining custom iFlows, local & exception sub‑processes, and exception handling

Expertise in handling various integration adapters in SAP CPI (SFSF, ODATA, SFTP, IDOC, SOAP, HTTP, Process Direct, REST Adapters) to exchange messages between sender and receiver

Knowledge on developing value mapping and Groovy and using it in iFlow

Experience in handling different data conversions like JSON to XML, CSV to XML, etc.

Experience using various CPI pallet options (integration patterns – message transformations, enricher, splitter, etc.) and experience in SAP BTP for handling security artifacts, encryption, decryption mechanisms, and SSH keys

Experience with EDI integrations and API management

Design interfaces and integration flows, and develop solutions to meet business needs

Experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration, SAP HANA Cloud Integration, and SAP Process Orchestration

Knowledge of SAP Cloud Connector and the CPI cockpit

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed using SAP CPI

Testing: creating test data, running tests, and creating and executing test scripts

Continuous improvement: monitoring system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and recommending enhancements

Base Salary Range $100,000 – $150,000 per annum
