This role is central to supporting leadership with accurate reporting, meaningful analytics, and reliable financial planning processes.
Position Overview The Financial Analyst will play a key role in the FP&A function with a strong emphasis on internal management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a detail‑oriented mindset, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. This role partners closely with teams across the organization to support strategic decisions and operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and financial modeling.
Gather inputs from business partners and validate key assumptions.
Prepare monthly and quarterly internal financial reports and KPI dashboards.
Improve reporting templates and ensure accuracy and consistency in deliverables.
Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
Identify performance drivers and communicate insights to leadership.
Streamline FP&A processes and reporting workflows.
Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate and consistent financial data.
Assist with business cases, scenario modeling, and special projects.
Provide financial insights to cross‑functional partners.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in FP&A, internal reporting, corporate finance, or related roles.
Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and planning methodologies.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (modeling, pivot tables, automation) and strong PowerPoint capabilities.
Experience with FP&A systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, NetSuite Planning) preferred.
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to distill complex financial information into clear, concise insights for non‑financial stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and comfort working in fast‑paced environments with tight deadlines.
