Senior Creative Recruiter at Solomon Page Our client is seeking a Design Associate to join a high‑profile account for a Fortune 500 financial services firm. This global account has seen growth and is continuing to expand. While supporting the Marketing team, you’ll contribute to the development of firm‑wide creative assets that support thought leadership campaigns, brand campaigns, social media, and high‑visibility presentations. A passion for elegant visual systems, imagery curation, and maintaining brand excellence is a must.

Location: New York, NY

Salary: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00

Responsibilities

Design visually compelling materials for a variety of channels, including: Digital branding assets (web, social, video thumbnails, signage), Editorial content for digital and social channels, Executive and leadership‑level presentations (PowerPoint)

Source and curate photography and illustration assets that reflect the tone, quality, and sophistication.

Work fluidly across Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma, adapting to the best platform for each project type and stakeholder need.

Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visual formats that elevate brand storytelling and business communication.

Contribute to the development and evolution of branded templates and design systems that improve consistency and efficiency across teams.

Organize files and assets in a production‑ready, collaborative manner.

Maintain a consistent visual style and tone in accordance with brand guidelines.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree with 5–7 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in an in‑house, editorial, or agency environment.

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in presentation design, digital brand assets, and campaign‑level visual storytelling.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, Figma, and PowerPoint.

Exceptional taste level and a strong eye for layout, typography, and photography.

Ability to apply and adapt brand guidelines thoughtfully across various formats and audiences.

Collaborative, communicative, and comfortable receiving feedback in a fast‑paced environment.
