Position Summary The Integrated Campaign Director drives end-to-end campaign planning and execution within Ashley’s pod structure. This role owns the day-to-day management of campaigns — from brief through creative development, cross-channel rollout, and post-mortem — ensuring brand narratives and product priorities show up consistently and effectively across every consumer touchpoint.
Sitting at the intersection of brand, creative, merchandising, and media, the Integrated Campaign Director translates strategy into action. They guide pods in aligning around a single brief, keep timelines and deliverables on track, and ensure campaigns achieve both brand resonance and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities
Lead pods through the campaign lifecycle (briefing → development → execution → recap).
Translate strategic campaign objectives into clear deliverables and workstreams.
Maintain campaign timelines, budgets, and status updates across teams.
Cross-Functional Integration
Partner with Strategic Storytelling to ground campaigns in brand narrative and seasonal POVs.
Collaborate with Creative to ensure assets reflect campaign strategy and brand standards.
Work with Merchandising to align campaign priorities to product pipeline.
Partner with Media and Channel Leads to ensure omnichannel execution.
Operational Excellence
Run weekly pod check-ins to track progress, resolve blockers, and align next steps.
Own campaign trackers, deliverable matrices, and post-mortem documentation.
Coordinate with Analytics to measure results and feed learnings into future campaigns.
Qualifications
6–8 years in marketing campaign management, project management, or omnichannel marketing (retail or consumer brand preferred).
Proven success managing cross-functional teams through campaign delivery.
Strong organizational and communication skills; skilled at driving alignment.
Familiarity with project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com).
Analytical mindset; able to connect campaign activity to business results.
