Requirements Must have:

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

At least one year of programming or development experience.

Three years of experience with JavaScript, NoSQL, Python, and AWS.

Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) or AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) is preferred, along with a strong willingness to learn and implement these technologies.

Intermediate delivery skills, capable of managing work at a consistent pace, decomposing tasks into smaller releases, and participating in tradeoff discussions.

Proven domain expertise, demonstrating an understanding of the necessary technical concepts.

Strong problem‑solving abilities, including debugging and recognizing patterns in unfamiliar code or systems.

Excellent communication skills, enabling clear interactions with team members and effective documentation of work.

Intermediate leadership abilities, with a record of self‑motivation and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

Conduct analysis, design, development, and configuration for tasks of intermediate complexity.

Collaborate with the team to analyze, assess, and resolve defects and incidents, escalating issues as necessary.

Work independently to tackle well‑defined problems within team guidelines.

Pursue opportunities to enhance your technical knowledge and skills.

Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
