Compass One Healthcare . Compass Group USA is hiring Registration-Eligible Dietitians to join our Nutrition Team across a variety of settings—acute care, long‑term care, education, operations and more. Positions are available nationwide. Job Summary
We are seeking Registration-Eligible Dietitians to deliver comprehensive medical nutrition therapy, including nutrition assessment, diet modification, education, and patient‑specific interventions. Candidates will follow the Company Diet Manual and Clinical Nutrition Policies & Procedures Manual, comply with all federal, state, and accrediting agency regulations, maintain HIPAA confidentiality, and support departmental and quality improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Provide medical nutrition therapy, including assessment, diet modification, education, and interventions. Follow the Company Diet Manual and Clinical Nutrition Policies & Procedures Manual. Comply with all regulatory standards, uphold HIPAA, and protect patient rights. Train and mentor patient services staff and interns as applicable. Participate in patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility‑wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement initiatives. Qualifications
Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board in required states. One (1) year of hospital experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, diet office systems, and nutrient analysis programming. Benefits and Perks
