Work Hours: Part Time Weekend (Friday and Saturday) Nights, 7P-7A including on-call and holiday requirements

Equipment – Siemens 1.5T and 3T scanners
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology upon hire required or associate degree preferred
CLIA compliance regarding foreign education equivalency required
1 year experience in medical imaging required and 1 year experience in MRI preferred
1 year hospital experience strongly preferred
BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support required prior to independent patient care and maintained quarterly
ARRT – American Registry Radiologic Technologists MR upon hire required or ARMRIT – American Registry Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists upon hire required or ARRT – American Registry Radiologic Technologists R upon hire required or ARRT- American Registry Radiologic Technologists CT upon hire required or ARRT – American Registry Radiologic Technologists N upon hire required
NMTCB – Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board CNMT upon hire required and CMRT – Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist if ARRT(R), (CT), (N) or CNMT upon hire required
ARRT – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists MR if ARRT(R), (CT), (N) or CNMT 12 months required or ARMRIT – American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists if ARRT(R), (CT), (N) or CNMT 12 months required
Responsibilities
Communicate with patients and staff, use computer and venipuncture skills when needed
Maintain imaging quality and processing standards
Provide patient care during scans
Operate and maintain equipment
