Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat a variety of cardiovascular conditions.
Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
Conduct thorough medical examinations and patient histories.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests (lab work, imaging).
Perform non‑invasive procedures as needed.
Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
Provide consultative services to other healthcare providers.
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and audits.
Stay current with medical advances and best practices.
Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications
American Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology.
Valid and unrestricted state medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
Where You'll Work Creighton University Medical Center, Omaha, Nebraska.
Pay range: $288.00 - $300.00 per hour.
