Position Highlights
Position: EHMG Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine
Location: Swedish Hospital, 5145 N. California Ave. Chicago, IL 60625
Shifts: Full Time
Day Hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Provide care to approximately 16 patients
Admit medical patients and consult on surgical patients
Work closely with internal medicine residents and Advanced Practice Providers
Easy access for patients through our health system, integrated via Epic EMR
Experience a diverse and inclusive environment ensuring safe and equitable care for all patients
Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician‑led medical group and embedded service line
Salary range: $244,465 - $383,530
Endeavor Health is currently seeking exceptional Internal Medicine physicians for Hospitalists opportunities in our Division of Hospital Medicine for patient care at Swedish Hospital.

Qualifications
Minimum Education Level
- Graduate of an accredited and recognized medical school required.
Minimum Licensure Requirements
- Eligible for medical licensing in the State of Illinois.
Minimum Certification Requirements
- Board certification/Board eligible in area of expertise.
