Role Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Head of Growth to lead performance marketing efforts that will drive subscriber acquisition, monetization, virality, and retention.
The annual salary range for this role is $150,000 – $250,000. Additional benefits include equity, performance‑based bonus, PTO, 401(k), and medical, dental & vision coverage.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute online and offline campaigns, including digital marketing, guerilla marketing, funnel marketing, brand partnerships, and on‑the‑ground activation to drive app downloads and subscriptions.
Continuously optimise campaigns and A/B test to attract the most engaged users and drive higher conversion, retention, referral rates and lifetime customer value.
Analyse marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to shape future marketing and product strategy.
Own conversion rate optimisation throughout the customer funnel, including identifying, evaluating and prioritising opportunities to increase conversion rates and revenue from organic/paid content, lifecycle marketing, SEO and promotions.
Propose new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as test new approaches to capture existing demand.
Sustainably and cost‑effectively grow our reach and lower CAC.
Requirements
5+ years experience driving growth at a leading consumer subscription company.
Expertise running and optimising ad campaigns on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
Experience with SEO and GEO.
Experience leveraging metrics, KPIs and data to generate creative ideas.
Strong copywriting, editing and communication skills.
Avid user of the SwingVision app.
Preferred
Experience with Google Analytics, Amplitude and data visualization.
Experience working with brand and social media influencers.
Obsessed with data, spreadsheets & dashboards.
