This role supports a practice comprised of two physicians and advanced practice staff, providing comprehensive primary care to patients in the region.
Job Summary Baptist Primary Care Callahan seeks a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our established practice. As part of our team, you will provide high‑quality primary care while collaborating with a supportive practice infrastructure that includes advanced practice staff and access to regional resources.
What You Can Expect
Base salary of $260,000+ (experience based)
Signing bonus of $20,000
Retention bonus in Year 2
Shared call schedule
Average patient load of 18–22 per day
Epic EHR system

Qualifications
MD or DO
Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine
Active, unrestricted medical license in Florida
Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
Five or more years of Family Practice experience preferred
Location Baptist Primary Care – various locations, primarily Jacksonville, FL.
Compensation Base salary $125–$150k, with additional compensation as stated above.
