Full Stack Engineer

Full-Stack Engineer – AI Product Development Electria are partnered with a high-growth software company building AI-powered tools that help technical teams work faster and automate complex workflows. They’re scaling engineering and looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join the core product team.

What you’ll be working on

Building new product features end-to-end across React + TypeScript

Developing backend services in Node.js or Python

Integrating LLMs and agentic workflows into real user-facing features

Shipping quickly: prototyping, testing, and iterating with tight feedback loops

Improving performance, reliability, and product UX as the platform scales

What they’re looking for

Strong full-stack experience (React + TS required)

Backend experience in Node.js, Python, or Go

Ability to build clean UI and structure backend logic

Experience with AI/LLM tools (e.g., OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Pinecone)

Someone who wants ownership in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

Experience building internal tools, workflow automation, or developer tools

Comfort working in a small, fast-moving team

Understanding of prompt engineering or model integration
