General Dentist – Winchester, VA (Flexible Schedule)
We are seeking a General Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care at our clinic in Winchester, VA. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to work with a dedicated team of dental professionals.
Base Pay Range $600.00 per day – $1,200.00 per day
Responsibilities
Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, crowns, and dentures.
Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions.
Develop treatment plans based on patient needs.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
Collaborate with dental assistants and specialists to provide comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records using Denticon.
Follow aseptic techniques to ensure infection control and patient safety.
Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
Valid state dental license.
Knowledge of medical coding for dental procedures.
Familiarity with medical records management and documentation.
Proficiency in aseptic technique and sterile environment maintenance.
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, dental anatomy, and oral health conditions.
Ability to interpret and analyze medical imaging, such as X‑rays.
