Business Development Representative – West
Join Salesforce as a Business Development Representative (BDR) in the West region. In this fast‑paced sales role, you will generate new business and white‑space pipeline through outbound prospecting, supporting our core sellers and contributing to the overall success of the Sales Organization.

Day to Day Responsibilities
Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities
Manage inbound leads driven by outbound effort
Nurture early‑stage opportunities
Initiate outbound cold calling across a set of existing Salesforce customers and break into net new logos in the assigned territory
Partner with core sellers to identify and source new pipeline, researching lines of business and personas
Align with internal account team to support sales opportunities
Identify key decision makers within new accounts
Preferred Qualifications
1–2 years experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and think creatively
Experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold‑calling into a large list of accounts (net‑new and existing)
Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent year‑over‑year quota attainment
