Responsibilities As the Helpdesk Support Lead, my role entails overseeing daily operations of the help desk, ensuring that user support requests are resolved in a timely and effective manner. I will act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, providing expert troubleshooting and solutions. Maintaining a robust understanding of our IT infrastructure and applications is vital for delivering accurate and efficient support. I will triage, manage, and resolve all incoming IT support tickets, ensuring that issues are escalated to the appropriate teams or vendors when necessary. Additionally, I’ll provide comprehensive support for audiovisual (AV) systems, which includes setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and collaboration with external providers as required. Furthermore, I will conduct monthly ticket data reviews to identify trends and areas for improvement. It’s my responsibility to develop and implement strategies aimed at reducing ticket volume and enhancing first-call resolution rates, while also monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to help desk performance. Regular reporting on ticket metrics to management will be part of my duties. I’ll work with the team to optimize ticketing processes, identify automation opportunities, and promote self-service resources to empower users. Lastly, I’ll ensure that user onboarding and offboarding procedures are completed accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining up-to-date documentation of user accounts and access permissions.

Company This position is based in our Seattle office located in the Belltown neighborhood, with a hybrid work schedule of 4 days in the office. The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus an equity grant. It is important that applicants are legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
