This executive‐level role will oversee all aspects of operations, including strategic planning, product development, financial management, manufacturing, sales, technical marketing, and team leadership. Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Lead manufacturing operations to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Manage technical marketing initiatives, providing expert insights into product development, branding, and customer engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
Drive sales strategies, including direct sales, channel partnerships, and new business development.
Oversee financial planning and budgeting, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline production and reduce waste.
Collaborate with R&D teams to introduce innovative products and solutions in the solar energy sector.
Monitor industry trends, market demands, and regulatory changes to stay ahead of the competition.

Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies, solar products, and industry trends.
Experience in managing P&L, budgeting, and operational planning.
Proficiency in CRM software, ERP systems, and data‑driven decision‑making tools.
Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients, suppliers, and industry events.
