As a Jr. Data Scientist, you will support high-visibility analytics initiatives for one of our enterprise-level client.
You will join a curated team of junior data professionals working closely with senior data scientists, business analysts, and engineering teams to build data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making across the organization. Throughout this project, you will gain hands‑on experience with Python, SQL, data visualization tools, and foundational machine learning techniques to support analytics and reporting workflows.

Qualifications
Entry level (0–2 years) of experience in data analysis, data science, or related coursework/projects
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
Experience with Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, etc.)
Proficiency with SQL for querying and manipulating data
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries)
Exposure to machine learning concepts or libraries (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, etc.) is a plus
Experience working with large datasets or data pipelines is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
Clean, analyze, and interpret data using Python and SQL
Build foundational dashboards and visualizations to support business insights
Assist in developing and evaluating basic machine learning models
Support ongoing reporting and analytics requests across multiple teams
Document workflows, findings, and deliverables clearly and accurately
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers working within the claims and health data domain
Gain domain knowledge within the health insurance industry and how data informs real-time operations
