Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team. Design and optimize operational processes to support scale and efficiency. Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational planning. Partner cross-functionally to support clients and internal teams with exceptional service. license (required). Proven project leadership with end-to-end ownership. Strong knowledge of brokerage operations, financial products, regulatory frameworks, and risk management.
