Role Summary As a Community Liaison, you will serve as a liaison between community partners such as hospitals, physician practices, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and patients and their families. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, identifying potential partners, and fostering relationships. Your efforts will directly contribute to HealthFlex’s market leadership and the delivery of essential, top‑quality home health and hospice services to the community.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting HealthFlex’s services and expanding our client base.
Market Analysis: Keep an eye on market trends in your territory, enabling you to adapt to changing dynamics and contribute to our growth strategy.
Prospect Identification: Identify potential clients and referral sources, ranging from healthcare providers to various healthcare facilities.
Building Business Relationships: Establish and foster meaningful business relationships to secure referrals and partnerships.
Sales Techniques: Utilize a range of sales techniques, from cold‑calling to in‑service presentations and traditional marketing methods.
Communication: Partner with and maintain ongoing and timely communication with both internal and external partners to ensure smooth transitions into services and ongoing quality of care.
