Oracle Fusion Procurement and SCM Developer The Oracle Fusion Procurement & SCM Technical Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting technical solutions that enable Procurement and Supply Chain processes in Oracle Fusion Cloud. The role focuses on integrations, reports, dashboards, extensions, and data pipelines to automate processes, improve reporting, and enable seamless interaction between Oracle Cloud and external systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations for Procurement and SCM modules.

Build and maintain BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, and analytical/operational data models.

Develop FBDI/ADFdi templates, custom extract processes, and scheduled jobs for master data and transactional loads.

Create custom APIs, web services, and REST/SOAP integrations for inbound/outbound flows.

Support modules including Purchase Orders, Requisitions, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Inventory, Receiving, Costing, Orders, Shipments, and Item Master.

Monitor integration runs, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate with functional teams for testing and migration.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and participate in solution design sessions.

Document technical designs, integration flows, and support guides; provide post-go-live hypercare.

Assess quarterly Oracle Cloud updates for technical impacts and implement required changes.

Collaborate effectively with functional teams, business stakeholders, and offshore developers to ensure integrated and scalable solutions.

Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align expectations and deliverables.

Demonstrate willingness and ability to work cross‑functionally across all Oracle Fusion modules and SCM functions while specializing in Procurement and SCM development.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

10+ years of Oracle ERP technical experience, including 6+ years in Fusion Procurement & SCM.

Strong experience with OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL/PL-SQL, FBDI/ADFdi, REST/SOAP APIs.

Experience building integrations with supplier systems, logistics platforms, finance/AP, and inventory/manufacturing systems.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Oracle Visual Builder, KPI dashboards, OIC B2B adapters, and Oracle FDI.

Experience with Agile delivery tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.

Oracle Cloud certifications in OIC or SCM/Procurement technical areas.

Familiarity with Procurement and SCM business processes (P2P, S2P, Inventory, Costing).

Soft Skills

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Ability to collaborate effectively with functional teams, client SMEs, and offshore developers.

Willingness to work cross‑functionally across all Oracle Fusion modules while maintaining deep expertise in SCM and Procurement development.

Ability to work in multi‑client or multi‑project environments and produce clear documentation.
