Job Description At Lockheed Martin, we’re at the forefront of cutting-edge technology and innovation. Our campus in Manassas, Virginia is a hub for engineering excellence, where we tackle some of the world’s most challenging engineering problems. The Work As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications and systems, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of our Submarine Sonar Systems development and production environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications and systems using a variety of programming languages, including Python and Bash.
Develop and maintain automated testing and deployment scripts using tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure the smooth operation of development and production environments, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Participate in code reviews and ensure that all code is written to the highest standards of quality and security.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development and DevSecOps, and apply this knowledge to improve our processes and systems.

Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with infrastructure as a service tools (IaaS), including OpenStack.
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, including Gitlab.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools, including Prometheus and Grafana.
Experience with cloud-based platforms.
