Role Overview As Vice President of Product, you will define and execute Bigeye’s product vision for the AI Trust Platform, encompassing data observability, sensitivity, governance and the AI guardian. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a core member of the executive team, you’ll lead our efforts to define a new category in enterprise AI trust, shaping company product strategy, product‑market fit, and growth direction. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary product organization spanning product management, design, and strategy - and you’ll serve as a public voice for Bigeye’s vision through keynotes, customer presentations, and thought leadership. You will work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to create a cohesive product experience that enables enterprises to adopt Agentic AI quickly and safely. You’ll also lead design partner programs with forward‑thinking enterprise customers, guiding co‑innovation cycles that accelerate learning and product‑market fit.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
Define and lead Bigeye’s product vision and roadmap for the AI Trust Platform, establishing it as the enterprise control plane for governed Agentic AI.
Serve as a key member of the executive team, influencing company direction, investments, and long‑term strategy.
Translate emerging AI and data trends into actionable product strategies that drive measurable business and customer value.
Customer & Market Engagement
Act as a visible thought leader for Bigeye through keynote presentations, webinars, panels, and industry events, representing the company’s leadership in AI trust and observability.
Partner with enterprise customers to identify their biggest challenges in deploying and managing agentic AI systems, translating insights into roadmap priorities.
Lead design partner programs that co‑develop and validate new platform capabilities with early adopters.
Product Execution
Build and maintain a high‑impact roadmap that balances long‑term innovation with near‑term delivery.
Collaborate deeply with Engineering to deliver elegant, technically sophisticated products that scale across complex enterprise environments.
Ensure consistent, high‑quality releases aligned to Bigeye’s standards of reliability, usability, and trust.
Team Building & Development
Recruit, mentor, and grow a world‑class product organization known for clarity, creativity, and customer obsession.
Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and inclusion across distributed teams.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive leadership role at a SaaS, data infrastructure, or AI technology company.
Proven success defining and scaling enterprise data platforms.
Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), multi‑agent orchestration, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and AI observability or governance solutions.
Demonstrated excellence in keynote presentations, customer storytelling, and executive‑level communication.
Experience building and leading design partner or early‑access programs with enterprise customers.
Strong technical fluency; able to collaborate effectively with engineering and data science leaders while maintaining a customer‑first perspective.
Exceptional strategic thinker with a bias toward execution and measurable impact.
Experience leading distributed, high‑performing teams in fast‑scaling environments.
Success Metrics
Adoption and expansion of the AI Trust Platform among enterprise customers.
Revenue growth tied to additional AI Trust Platform modules.
Acceleration of safe, governed AI deployments powered by Bigeye.

Compensation
Base salary range $265,000-275,000 (+ equity)
