Principal SAP FSM Consultant – Infosys
Infosys is seeking a Principal SAP FSM Consultant to lead solution design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FSM for clients. The role involves discovery, design recommendation, configuration, demonstration, and knowledge transfer. Responsibilities
Plan configuration activities and configure the product per the design. Conduct conference-room pilots and resolve queries related to requirements and solution design. Deliver solution/product demonstrations, POCs, and Proof of Technology workshops. Prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgets and organizational financial guidelines. Support knowledge transfer to deliver value-adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet changing business needs. Travel to project/client locations as required. Preferred Qualifications
At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology. Minimum 11 years of FSM implementation experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementation projects. Hands‑on experience in configuring, customizing, and testing FSM scenarios as per client requirements. Strong experience in SAP FSM system setup, including resource planning, scheduling, dispatching, service fulfillment, and time-and-material journal approval functionality. Experience with SAP FSM integration using SAP FSM Connector and SAP CPI, business rules, screen configurations, and workflows. Custom report development using Jaspersoft tool and FSM foundational services such as auto scheduling policies. Experience in all project life-cycle phases: requirement gathering, business process design, configuration, RICEFW functional design, system and integration testing, cutover data migration, training, cutover, and application support. Strong communication, interpersonal, customer orientation, and team collaboration skills. High degree of initiative, flexibility, and quality awareness. Benefits
