Our client, an

innovator in the Life Sciences AI space , is seeking a

Scientific Solutions Partner

to serve as a strategic liaison between Digital Transformation and key business units including Research, Clinical and Market Access. This role blends scientific domain knowledge, technical acumen, and strong stakeholder engagement skills to support the design and delivery of advanced analytics and AI-based solutions across the healthcare and pharmaceutical landscape.

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across Research, Clinical, Medical, Commercial, and IT teams. Gather business requirements and translate scientific, clinical, and commercial needs into clear technical specifications. Collaborate with AI Engineering, IT, and Digital Transformation teams to co-develop data-driven and AI-powered applications for functions such as clinical trials, medical affairs, pricing, quality, and marketing. Support enterprise-wide technology and data assessments through stakeholder interviews and workshops to define digital and analytics roadmaps. Drive the implementation of scalable digital solutions and support change management to enable adoption in scientific and commercial environments. Stay current with scientific, technological, and regulatory advancements in biopharma and biotech domains. Identify opportunities for process improvement and promote best practices in data governance, system design, and analytical delivery. Serve as a subject matter expert for systems such as Veeva, Salesforce, ModelN, Pricentric/NAVLIN, GROMACS, Atlassian, AWS, Oracle, Google Cloud, Azure, IBM Watson, MongoDB, and leading BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, and Looker.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of scientific, clinical, and commercial operations in pharma and biotech environments. Proven experience designing and delivering analytics and AI applications for functions such as Pricing, Market Access, Sales force, Clinical Development, and Medical Affairs. Ability to conduct enterprise-level assessments and define digital transformation strategies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across scientific and IT domains. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or analytical discipline with 7+ years of relevant experience, or Master's/PhD in a scientific or technical field with 5+ years of experience in healthcare technology, pharma, or biotech. Experience supporting technology assessments and implementations for hospitals and/or Top 10 pharmaceutical companies. Deep familiarity with IT platforms and data ecosystems used in life sciences.
