We are seeking a Trust & Estates attorney with CPA credential and 3+ years of experience, actively barred in Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare individual, trust, estate, and gift tax returns.

Advise clients on minimizing tax liability through strategic planning.

Represent clients in administrative tax proceedings, including audits and collection matters.

Conduct in-depth research on federal and state tax laws and regulations.

Draft and review tax‑related legal documents, including opinions and memoranda.

Manage client relationships by gathering necessary financial information, addressing questions, and communicating complex tax concepts clearly and effectively.

Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm on matters that involve both tax and legal considerations, such as estate planning and business transactions.

Desired Skills and Experience CPA credential, 3+ years of experience in trusts and estates, tax, and estate planning; active Minnesota bar license.
