This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following locations: NC, AZ. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing business analysis in support of the preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to U.S. Regulators through the reporting tool AxiomSL ControllerView platform. This position is responsible for providing advanced technical and operational business system support. Performs needs assessments to determine business requirements and documents functional specifications for the assigned system. Responsibilities
Bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring requirements and documentation are understood by business users. Understand Reporting team requirements, interpret FED instructions, and define strategic solutions. Identify system requirements and communicate them via specifications or documentation. Possess good knowledge of AxiomSL ControllerView from a technical perspective and understand its functional capabilities. Create and execute test cases to validate regulatory reports generated by the Axiom system. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree + 2 years of experience in Systems Support, Analytics, or Operational Support OR High School Diploma/GED + 6 years of relevant experience. Experience in preparing functional requirements, data lineage, test strategies, and project artifacts. Good knowledge of AxiomSL ControllerView platform from a technical and functional perspective. Experience with Agile, Sprint delivery, SQL, JIRA, Confluence. Knowledge of regulatory reports/forms like FFIEC 031, FRY-9C, CCAR. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and pay attention to detail.
