Employment: Contract – 4 months
We are working with a consultancy partner seeking an SAP FICO Consultant to assist on projects ranging from implementations, upgrades and support with their end customers.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with clients to analyze business needs and design end-to-end SAP FICO solutions
Configure and implement SAP FI and CO modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PA, and related integrations
Ensure full compliance of system solutions with Polish accounting, tax, and legal regulations, such as VAT, CIT, JPK, and local reporting requirements
Support clients in month-end and year-end closing processes
Participate in full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare
Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, and training materials
Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, integration) to deliver high-quality solution
Advise clients on process optimization and best practices in finance and controlling
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant
Proven participation in at least one full‑cycle SAP implementation (preferably in Poland)
Strong understanding of Polish accounting standards and legal requirements (JPK, VAT, CIT, split payment, SAF‑T, local financial reporting)
Experience configuring core FI and CO processes
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with business stakeholders
Fluency in Polish and good English (spoken and written) is preferred
Seniority Level Mid‑Senior Level
